At stalorivique, we believe in transparency when it comes to financial matters. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which you might be eligible for a refund of fees paid for our industry financial analysis services and educational programs.

We assess each refund request individually. While we maintain specific criteria, we also consider unique situations that fall outside standard parameters. Our team reviews all requests within five business days of receipt.

Service Cancellation

If you cancel a scheduled consultation or analysis service at least 72 hours before the scheduled date, you're eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee.

Early Withdrawal

Educational program participants who withdraw within the first two weeks may receive a prorated refund based on materials accessed and consultations completed.

Service Issues

When technical difficulties or service disruptions prevent you from accessing purchased materials or consultations, we offer refunds or service credits at your preference.

How to Request a Refund

Submit Your Request

Email our support team at support@stalorivique.com with your account details, purchase information, and reason for the refund request. Include relevant documentation if applicable.

Our team examines your request against our policy criteria. We might reach out for additional information or clarification. Most reviews complete within three business days.

You'll receive an email with our decision. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected timeline. If denied, we'll explain the reasoning and discuss alternative solutions.

Processing Payment

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Bank transfers typically complete within five to seven business days, while card refunds may take seven to ten business days depending on your financial institution.

Common Refund Scenarios

Educational Program Enrollment

Our educational programs scheduled for September 2025 and later require upfront payment. If you enroll but realize the program doesn't align with your goals, you can withdraw within the first fourteen days of program commencement for a partial refund.

We calculate refunds based on content accessed. Digital materials downloaded or live sessions attended are non-refundable. The remaining program value, minus a 15% administrative fee, can be refunded to your original payment method.

Students who complete more than 30% of program materials are not eligible for refunds but may transfer their enrollment to a future cohort within twelve months.

Consultation Services

Individual consultations and financial analysis reports purchased separately can be cancelled with adequate notice. We require at least 72 hours notice before your scheduled appointment for full refund eligibility.

Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the appointment receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are generally non-refundable, though we may offer rescheduling options or service credits for future use.

Technical Access Problems

Sometimes technology doesn't cooperate. If you're unable to access purchased digital materials due to platform issues on our end, we'll either fix the problem quickly or issue a full refund at your request.

When technical difficulties occur during live consultations or webinars, we automatically offer makeup sessions at no charge. If rescheduling doesn't work for you, we can process a full refund instead.

Please note that access issues caused by incompatible devices or outdated browsers on your end don't qualify for refunds, though we're happy to provide technical support to resolve these situations.

Duplicate Charges

Billing errors happen rarely, but when they do, we address them immediately. If you notice a duplicate charge or incorrect amount, contact us right away.

We investigate billing discrepancies within two business days and process refunds for confirmed errors within five business days. You'll receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Credit and Debit Cards

Refunds to card payments typically appear within seven to ten business days, depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Bank Transfers

Direct bank transfer refunds usually process within five to seven business days once approved.

Digital Wallets

Refunds to digital payment services like PayPal generally complete within three to five business days.
